Secure payment

Book your place with only 100 € and pay the rest when you check-in!

In addition, the €100 will be deducted from the first month’s rent.

Insured reimbursement

If you decide to cancel your booking 60 days or more prior to check-in, we will refund 100% of the fee.

Return of deposit

If you feel you don’t fit in when you arrive at your new home, don’t worry!

If you give us one month’s notice we will refund the deposit.

How is the process of renting a room?

Confirmation

Once we confirm your booking, we will guide you through every step.

We will ask you for your details and explain everything you need to know for your check-in, including the cash deposit and the house rules.

Date of entry

We will coordinate your arrival time with you.

Live the experience

On arrival you will only sign the contract and pay the deposit in cash together with the first month’s payment.

And that’s it! You can now enjoy your new home

Frequently asked questions

How long in advance should I ask you if I want to stay longer?

There is no exact time because we also receive bookings through another platform.

But you know what? If you let us know in good time, we can block the room for you and make sure it's booked.

So you can rest easy!

Which roommates live in the flat?

We won't know exactly until you check in.

Is cleaning included?

Yes, twice a month we clean the communal areas.

However, that doesn't mean you have to wait until they arrive to keep them clean.

It is important that everyone contributes to keeping these areas in good condition at all times.

Do I have to recycle?

In Valencia, recycling is a common practice, but it is not compulsory. It really depends on the individual.

Can I pay by cash or bank transfer?

The deposit is always given in cash only.

But you can pay the rent in the way that is most convenient for you.

We want to make things easy for you so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Are sheets, towels, dishes, mattresses, heating included?

In the flats, we have everything you need for a comfortable stay: a set of sheets, pillow, duvet, fan and heater.

In addition, in the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare your meals.

We make sure you lack nothing to make you feel at home!

Is there air conditioning?

We do not have air conditioning, but each room has a personal fan.

Can I take someone to sleep?

Of course you can! You can bring a family member, friend or partner to stay with you for up to 3 days maximum.

We want you to feel at home and share special moments with your loved ones.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only allowed in the rooms.

We want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable, so we avoid smoking in the common areas so as not to disturb anyone.

How is the deposit given?

The deposit is always given in cash only.

I spent 10 months in room number 5, very cosy and spacious. The flat is large and in a perfect location for both going to the university and going out in the evening. I recommend it to everyone! Yelina is a very good owner, always available to solve any kind of problem. Thank you for everything.
